Smoking is bad habit that carries the disease. everyone knows it. warning about the dangers of cigarettes plastered big in cigarette ads, and even in it cigarette packs. but nobody can deny that every day there are more people who smoke. in law, people who able to smoke is people whon on 19years old and older. but now, it's not hard to find an uniformed teenagers who smoke. there is even a story about a child who smoked and he's not the one. this makes the various parties concerned.
This work was made based on the concerns of smokers. concerns in old age smokers who suffer from various diseases due to cigarette.
This work titled "sorry ,Gan, ane ogah ngrokok" (sorry, Buddy, I am unwilling smoking) human skeleton that is in this painting, describing how an old man who smoked until death. smoke coming out from the cigarette itself tells how cigarettes in suction it has become a habit of the smoker. just as a musician who listen to the music each day without stopping. It describes the previous generation. generation of smokers.

Modernization shows a spectacular growth on recent years. On some facts, modernization has carried the mankind to a smaller world where they have to survive. The competition to grab and wield the limited existing resources becomes the most logical motivation to have a fight with everything have the same goal. All the side of life fulfilled by fear and anxious if their necessities taken by someone else. This system is close to the mankind characteristic and builds them as a worrier. Depravity is one of the main problems.
Ignorance and indifference to the other creatures raise the dire image to the mankind. Humans prioritize their own interests without looking at the interests of social interest is nearby. In the world, especially Indonesia, there are many people who like smoke. Smoking irrespective of age, from children to adults.Why they like smoke? Some of teens say, they like smoke because they think if they smoke, they become a cool person.
Because of the that’s problem, I make this picture. I want to realize that smoking is not good for us. Smoke doesn’t make you cool, it make you look bad. Smoke is make many disaster for our health. Whether you smoke 5 cigarettes a day or 50, there is no doubt that smoking is extremely bad for you and will seriously affect your health in some way.In cigarettes there are many harmful chemicals.There are 4000 poisonous material in cigarettes.Within a short while, they will become addicted to nicotine and it will be too late to give up. Smoke is make heart disease, blood vessel disorders, bronchitis osefagus cancer, larynx cancer, high blood pressure, impotence and disorders of pregnancy, and defects in the fetus.
The big problem if you smoke is make you die earlier…
